Q3:How do you guarantee the product quality?
A: The Defective rate of our all products is 0.2%, we have 9 test before mass production, 4 tests during production, and we will do the final 12-24V Alternating voltage test before the shipment.
Q4:How about the after service?
A: Please take some photos and email us if you got any problems with the products. Then we will provide you the best solution for you after our confirmation. And the warranty is 24 months.
Q5:What's the MOQ?
A:We accept sample order for most of products. You will get the corresponding discount and most cost-effective shipping fee according to your quantity.
Q6:When you ship my order?
A: 3-7days after receiving your payment normally, and it can be negotiated based on order qty and production schedule, 7 to 25 working days for bulk orders.
